Wohn-Garten at Fröbelgasse 6 increased living space by 82% through smart densification without additional soil sealing. Energy upgrades reduced the heating demand from 188 to 32 kWh per sqm, saving 155 to of CO₂ annually. The fully de-carbonised, barrier-free building integrates a pioneering free-cooling research project. A green courtyard and innovative façade greening complete this future-orientated urban renewal concept.
