Strategically located near Verdi Park, the project transformed a post-industrial area into a new urban landmark. Two towers rise from a retail base, linked by a sky garden to offer an elevated living experience. Construction began during the pandemic, leading to a major shift: the first tower, initially designed as an office building, was converted to residential use after design completion and basement execution, marking the start of the FAST FORWARD CONVERSION.
