Tianfu Qi’an (Neverland): Rural Revitalization Plan and Architectural Cluster Design

Located in Sichuan’s Huoshiyan Village, Tianfu Qi’an is a pastoral cultural-tourism park bridging urban and rural life. Navigating strict regulations and ecological challenges, the project prioritised farmland restoration, villager resettlement, and water rehabilitation. Over eight years (2018–2026), it evolved through a 20-firm collaboration across architecture, landscape, and engineering that blends local red sandstone with a French designer’s cross-cultural take on West Sichuan aesthetics.
