RE-STITCHING THE URBAN BLOCK | Urban Regeneration in Wloclawek, Poland

Located in the historic city centre of Wloclawek, the project regenerates a fragmented urban block through a phased strategy that restores the block’s perimeter structure and introduces internal courtyards and green spaces. The development delivers social housing across all phases and reintegrates heritage elements, including the former Bauer distillery, re-establishing the block as a coherent structure and a nice place to live.
