United Homes Giesing—K12/14—student residence

The student residence was built as part of an urban renewal project on Munich’s bustling “Mittlerer Ring.” The high-density development offers 65 student residents a wide selection of high-quality communal and private spaces. Added to this, there is a facade that gives the building a distinctive identity, with the street-facing loggia cubes made of concrete and glass defining the three-dimensional design. They are soundproof and contribute to energy savings—thus design meets sustainability!
