Villa Nova combines sustainable future architecture with listed heritage. Designed as a “passive house” and a “plus-energy house” in ecological timber-frame construction, the project unites innovation, energy efficiency, and cultural identity. Together with the sensitively restored listed neighbouring building, it forms an ensemble that combines LCA-based sustainability, advanced building technology, architectural excellence, and respect for heritage, creating a dialogue between past and future.
