Sanierung, Umbau und Erweiterung „Haus der Kunden“ der Sparkasse Nürnberg

This project involved the renovation, conversion, and expansion of the main branch of Sparkasse Nürnberg from the 1950s in the heart of Nuremberg’s old town. Comprehensive reorganisation of the floor plans, technical modernisation, and targeted supplementary installations sustainably transform the building and create an open house for customers. New work environments and customer areas now enhance usage, orientation, and the building’s integration into the urban space.
