The Güterwerk is a six-storey office building with a two-storey underground garage in the Kohlenhof, the former main freight station of Nuremberg and now a newly developed district. As a structural boundary to the railway line, it translates noise and infrastructure conditions into a precise urban design. Flexible office spaces (approx. 300 × 1,500 sqm), three staircases, and an efficient grid allow for diverse usage concepts, while the ground-floor gastronomy breathes life into the location.
