Wohnbauten LindeQuartier

In the newly developed residential area LindeQuartier in the Mainz-Kostheim district, 172 rental apartments have been built, including 162 subsidised apartments, spread across three multi-family houses. The 6-storey, closed development shields the residential area from the railway tracks and Kostheimer Landstraße. To break the typical monotony of row buildings, a rhythmic façade relief was developed, which divides the façade both horizontally and vertically.
