The centre occupies a total area of 152,000  sqm, bringing together a complex program within a unified urban framework. The form took its inspiration from the structure of a neural network, with its functional modules acting as neurons, while the shared public spaces serve as synapses. The layout ensures a clear separation of personnel, materials, and waste flows, and part of the main courtyard is an open urban square where the flows of residents and centre employees intersect.
