LOVT Munich

Hines and Union Investment are transforming a former industrial site in Munich’s Werksviertel into Lovt Munich, a sustainable mixed-use campus. The design preserves much of the existing structure, saving grey energy and preserving industrial identity. New additions are built in timber-hybrid construction, while the MEP concept enables near carbon-neutral operations, achieving Leed Platinum and WiredScore Platinum standards. Designed by Graft and Snøhetta, Lovt unites office, culture, and leisure in a vibrant urban destination.
