Sound Museum

Located on Baishang Lake, the Sound Museum reconnects community and nature through sound. Inspired by the Earth’s sound bowl, the architecture functions as a natural instrument, using dual acoustic pathways to create unique sonic effects across three spaces: Sky, Outdoor, and the Earth Theater. Using local terrazzo craftsmanship with varied textures to reflect or absorb sound, the museum captures natural rhythms like rain and wind, fostering a continuous symphony.
