Mehrfamilienhaus AHS – Nachhaltiges Wohnen in serieller Holzbauweise

A new, multi-family building with twelve subsidised apartments and underground parking was realised as a BEG-40 low-energy project using serial timber prefabrication. The three-storey volume integrates into the landscape and supports urban densification, providing barrier-free family apartments with loggias that offer views to the Swabian Jura. A concrete core and highly insulated timber structure, combined with PV, pellet heating, and efficient services, achieve passive-house level with low CO₂ emissions.
