Exeter House

Exeter House is a modest home for a young couple, designed to achieve much on a budget. Set on a block with landscape views, the house is planned in sections: open to bushland to the south, with high northern windows for sun. The house follows the contours of the land, nestling into the slope, while sustainability comes through careful siting, solar and rainwater harvesting, cross ventilation, and a smaller-than-average footprint. A small project, powered by collective faith in achieving a lot with less.
