Schlosshotel Wasserburg

The protected Schlosshotel Wasserburg stands on a peninsula on Lake Constance. Its origins go back to an 8th-century moated castle, although its current form is mainly defined by a 16th-century Renaissance structure. Recent renovations updated and expanded the ground floor to suit modern hotel use while preserving the historic building. Inside, the design takes inspiration from the lakeside setting, with light materials and open, airy spaces similar to traditional bathhouses.
