The transformation of the former harbour dairy into the Finne Harbour Brewery turns production itself into an experience. The guest area becomes part of the production space, with views of the brewing tanks shaping the spatial dramaturgy. Stainless steel, ceramic, concrete, and glass create a reduced and honest material palette, while monolithic furniture and a clear spatial sequence from the water to the tanks form a place that connects craft, enjoyment, and urban life at Münster’s harbour.
