Agrad Chalets

Agrad is a chalet village in Aschau im Chiemgau that reinterprets regional building culture in a contemporary way. Twelve detached chalets and 15 suites blend respectfully into the Chiemgau Alpine landscape with purist architecture, clear sightlines, and natural materials such as wood, stone, and metal. Built on the site of a former campsite without additional soil sealing, it is a sustainable retreat shaped by design, craftsmanship, and regional identity.
