Blu Mare Hotel

The hotel is located in the historic center of Novigrad, near the Church of St. Pelagius and St. Maximus, as well as the Lapidarium project by the same architect, completed in 2003. The building consists of four interconnected concrete volumes, closed off towards the city. The seafront façade features glass walls and movable panels that form loggias. The hotel extends into the pedestrian routes of the old town and the coastal promenade, integrating seamlessly into the city’s daily rhythm.
