The new competence centre is a compact, versatile 2-storey building. A glazed atrium with a sculptural staircase connects the floors. Office spaces, break-out zones, and lounges encourage modern work practices. Flexible seminar rooms, a kitchenette, and a terrace provide a harmonious working environment. An abstraction inspired by the Raiffeisenbank logo, created with laser-cut technology, wraps around the building as a unified exterior design element.
