OSA Ochs Schmidhuber Architekten has realised an elegant, timeless office building for the Deutsche Finance Group in Munich’s Westend district. The neighbourhood, close to the adjacent Westpark, is undergoing constant change. The plan was therefore to construct a forward-looking office building in a green setting on a brownfield site. The building has a largely glazed façade, creating a slender, black structure with loggias and terraces on all floors. Out into the open.
