With this sustainable and innovative high-rise, gmp developed a design based on an economical construction method with reduced technical equipment. The building’s visual presence is defined by the load-bearing system resting on a small number of columns and the sun-shading, photovoltaic louvres of the façade. The glazed storey at the top of the building contains the Group’s reception and exhibition areas, and offer views of the many buildings constructed by the company in Guangzhou.
