AS Watson smart factory reflects climate-responsive design, adapting to the subtropical monsoon climate. Its double-layered aluminium grille canopy (11.5° tilt) optimises summer shading and winter lighting. The rainwater harvesting system has an annual capacity of 77,136 qbm and meets 100% of the non-potable water demand. It combines low-impact development and sponge city features, with photovoltaics that cut CO₂ emissions by 89.3 to per year. An intelligent energy system ensures sustainable operation.
