The volume spans the site width and is visually reduced by strategic cut-outs, with large windows creating openness and views to the garden and courtyard. The ground floor features open living spaces, while the upper floor serves as a private retreat with a rooftop terrace. A mix of brick slips and Corten steel gives the house a clear, elegant character.
