The project revitalises a turn-of-the-century building with a strong focus on design, materiality, and urban integration. Transparency, reinterpreted corridor tiles, and staged greenery create spatial depth and visual connections to the courtyard. The former carpentry workshop is reactivated as a studio, while ground-floor windows become flexible urban niches. Dormers and integrated PV panels combine contemporary design with sustainable heritage renewal.
