Leisure and recreational architecture in the Bavarian Forest. The primary architectural objective is the harmonious integration of a modern retreat into the surrounding landscape and nature. Situated on a 3,500-square-meter hillside plot overlooking the Ilz Valley, the design features a simple, elongated structure. It is built using timber frame construction, characterized by a wooden facade and interior walls finished with wood surfaces. The internal space is structured by a central cube made of fair-faced concrete with board-marked formwork, while a minimalist steel spiral staircase provides access to the upper floor.
