Pharmacy Marx

Pharmacy Marx, in the Skypark building at Luxembourg Airport, is the second project in Metaform’s case study series on reduction, material economy, and resource-conscious design. Material use is minimised from the outset, with each element serving multiple roles, and the avoidance of extra layers creates a clear spatial order. Construction and furniture production were guided by waste reduction, with offcuts reused, and technical systems remain visible, reinforcing sustainability.
