Dockyard, built using sustainable hybrid timber construction, comprises a square and a rectangular structure connected by a glass passageway with exposed timber framework. Dockyard optimises its ecological footprint by using certified timber, as well as recycled concrete and green steel. With an innovative energy concept that intelligently combines several renewable sources, the building is climate-neutral in its operation.
