The new office building for Berlin Hyp combines sustainable architecture with urban quality. The eleven-storey structure integrates respectfully into City West, its tiered design bridging the gap between block-edge buildings and a historic villa. It boasts flexible workspaces and a “town hall” that promote exchange. With a PV-integrated natural stone facade and green terraces, the design sets ecological benchmarks, and for this it was awarded the highest DGNB certification in Platinum and Diamond.
