Digital Business Incubator Ingolstadt – Nachhaltigkeit trifft Innovation

On the site of the former foundry in Ingolstadt, the project combines heritage conservation, digitalisation and sustainable urban development. The listed building Kavalier Dallwigk is being reimagined as a start-up hub after 20 years of vacancy. Using BIM and a 3D model, a resource-efficient renovation was carried out, preserving historical structures and maximising the reuse of materials – a forward-looking contribution to sustainable urban development.
