Villas Duo Zihuatanejo

Located on Playa Manzanillo, the project merges jungle and ocean into a 70,000-sqm coastal retreat with more than 50 stepped residences that maximise views and privacy. Designed using parametric technology, it optimises solar orientation, ventilation, and connection with the surroundings. Its white concrete architecture reflects light and regulates temperature, while terraces blur the boundaries with nature, positioning it as a sustainable benchmark in coastal residential design.
