For LYGHT in Düsseldorf, architecture firm caspar. transformed a twelve-storey office tower and low-rise annex into a future-proof office ensemble. Revitalised to green building standards, the complex offers flexible office layouts, refined interiors, and landscaped outdoor areas, with large portions of the original concrete frame having been retained. A new double-skin facade, more greenery, and modernised building services unite structural conservation, contemporary work environments, and sustainable neighbourhood development.
