BUC-36^® – Endmontagehalle

The historic aircraft assembly hall of the former Bücker aircraft works in Rangsdorf is being transformed into housing. Three independent residential buildings are to be placed within the preserved hall structure, positioned like aircraft in a hangar, in a strategy that maintains the industrial character while clearly distinguishing old and new. A total of 92 apartments will combine heritage preservation, contemporary living, and sustainable energy concepts within the BUC-36 garden city at the historic airfield.
