Transforming Administration Building K13

This modernised residential and commercial building in Schwäbisch Gmünd sets new standards in climate neutrality. The grey facade gave way to a warm mix of wood, plaster, and sandstone-coloured panels, while golden accents pay tribute to the city’s gold and silver history. Highly efficient, it uses a heat pump and photovoltaics instead of gas. The metamorphosis of the 1969 structure included a full upgrade of the facade, roof, and systems.
