For Nanjing Financial City—Phase II, Gmp is designing a mixed-use high-rise ensemble with offices, hotel, serviced apartments, retail, and conference facilities. Plot C features a 416-m landmark tower and a 186-m residential tower. Landscaped courtyards, roof terraces, and pedestrian-friendly streets create a vertical city concept, while glazed facades and public spaces strengthen the district’s urban identity.
