NEEDS AOYAMA

Located in Aoyama, Tokyo, where fashion houses each establish flagship stores shaping the urban context, this project is a wedding venue based on a gallery-like space offering a haute couture experience. In Japan, conventional venues imitate Western styles, becoming overly decorative and uniform with little freedom. This project instead sees weddings as expressions of individuality, creating a space where such expression emerges through stone, earth, wood, and brass, elegantly framing each story.
