Leica Welt | Ernst Leitz Museum

With the Ernst Leitz Museum, Leica Welt presents a unique immersive world of photography. The principle of the viewfinder frame translates into space: metal frames in black, brass, and copper enclose the areas, while a kinetic aperture in the panoramic window responds to visitors and gently shifts the lighting. Across 600 sqm, four sections and numerous interactive exhibits reveal the history and fascination of photography in a way that is both vibrant and tangible.
