This temporary daycare centre was constructed using prefabricated wooden modules and features a timber facade. The building can be dismantled and re-erected at a different location, thereby allowing for alternative uses. Only selected elements of the interior fit-out were completed on-site, resulting in a short construction period. The project made use of sustainable materials exclusively, with deliberate avoidance of composite materials, and the statutory energy efficiency standards were significantly surpassed.
