A shortage of skilled professionals, country-specific building regulations and increasingly complex project requirements are changing how architecture is organised. At ICONIC Connect, Sebastian Schützdeller, architect and founder of MIRROR, talks about the development of the practice, its business model and the question of how architecture will be designed, coordinated and delivered in future. Recent work such as the new JetBrains office in Munich's Tucherpark and the Occhio projects in Munich and Milan shows how MIRROR integrates the site, the building task and the client's identity into the design process.
